Simply known as the forest to those all around them, it is what ThunderClan is most commonly known for. This is the place where ThunderClan finds their prey and perfects their training techniques. Apprentices are trained and taught throughout here, assessed due to the perfect level of prey.

Located only just few paces from ThunderClan camp is a simple bowl shaped area. It's incredibly well sheltered by numerous trees but none stand within the clearing itself. Instead it is filled with red hued sand and dirt. The general purpose of the hollow is for training apprentices. Due to the soft sand filled ground trainees are unlikely to become injured during battle practice.
A massive oak tree not far from the Sandy Hollow. High up within the trunk is a hole where owls have made their home. The owl who lives here leaves remnants of its dwelling, pods, scattered below. Many warriors venture here with apprentices to teach them of the owl above. It is said sometimes that when prey is hard to find cats will seek out the owl in order to see where it is hunting.

At the border between RiverClan and ThunderClan is a well known disputed area. It is a rather odd formation of large flat gray rocks, steep upon one side, that are in full view of the sun. Due to the fact that these stones get rather toasty its an enjoyable place not only for relaxation but for prey to sometimes be found as well.
A controlled forest that is merely grown for the twolegs that swarm around it in huge masses during Greenleaf. The ground near by is eerily bare with a blanket of dead pine needles underpaw. The earth is marred by gouges made by the monsters where muddy horrid smelling water pools, which is highly unsafe to drink. Although cats are able to hunt here it is done so with caution for there is no cover of undergrowth here.

This monstrous tree reaches high up into the sky, well past the thick set of branches that create a lovely and welcoming canopy. It's rather large branches are sturdy and strong, while the roots below are so thick they twist around its base in a swirling pattern. It is here where young apprentices may master their climbing and stalking skills.
A large, steep jumbled up pile of sandy colored stone where weeds and various plants grow between the sinister looking cracks, hiding what may be moving beneath. Untrained apprentices are not allowed near without an escort and any other cat venturing close needs caution for adders have claimed this as home.

ThunderClan Territory
Welcome to the forest! Here the ground is forest soft and the large deciduous trees reach up toward the sky. Their deep rooted home also includes the well disputed Sunningrocks, adder-infested rocks of Snakerocks and the eerily shudder inducing area known as Tallpines.
